Stationary Bike 45:00 [1]

Good spin watching the football and listening to Cheryl Crow's Central Park album. Felt good afterwards but while stretching my back popped. Another bad nights sleep. Very stiff today. What the heck! Now my back feels worse than my shoulder that feels worse than my hip. Just planning a light walk and stretch today - Monday.

Walking 58:00 [1]

Hiked over to the local post office to pick up registered mail - a speeding ticket! Otherwise a nice hike in fair weather. Very stiff adductors afterwards.

Walking 40:00 [1]

A brisk walk across the neighbourhood in the cold but dry weather. Good stretch and strength after. Well, some shoulder moves had to be shortened due to stiffness and pain. Needed 3 Advil to get through last night. But I did get a reasonable rest. Weight at 157.

Mapping 40:00 [1]

Been really tired the last few days. Rotator cuff aches all night keeping me awake until a new pill kicks in. Massage yesterday probably made it flare up. So a short walk at Nakkertok to check out a newly cut trail was all I felt like doing today. Good stretch afterwards.
Back to the physio next week and back to the sports med clinic for another shot of Hyaluronic acid (monovisk) in the hip. The hip hasn't deteriorated over the summer, this will be a "preventative" shot - I hope - before the ski season starts.

Walking 58:00 [1]

Revelstoke loop at a reasonable pace. Legs were cramping early in the walk but loosened up later. Just below freezing, but no wind and dry roads. Didn't see any other walkers until close to home. Good stretch afterwards.
