Limped around the muddy intermediate course with only a couple of hooks near the controls. The slippery trails were really hard on my adductors and I descended every ravine hanging onto trees. It was a cold and wet day but a great turnout to test the updated map. Excellent job on the redrawing by Eric and Randy.
Pretty easy workout until I got to the lats pull machine. Cody added 10 pounds and I could really feel it. Then a leg press machine that really pushed the limits of the hip. Gonna feel it later!

Mapping with Jennie at Fitzroy harbour. Used the mountain bikes to get from area to area which saved a lot of time.
Worked on the upper back, shoulders, and chest. Introduced a strange new machine for the abs and lower back. Sitting down, you bent your body into a V while hanging on to bars extending over your head.

Got the heart rate up to 110 for about 20 minutes. Leg was bugging me the whole time. Had to stop once to relax and stretch it out.
