Good spin at the club watching the hockey game. Average BPM was 121.
Leg cramped a little but felt ok after a good set of stretches.

Sets of lats pull downs and chest presses. Back with my PT on Tuesday.


After a weeklong holiday in Mexico I didn’t gain any weight. Must have balanced the good food with the exercise. Lots of walking, some weight training, a little golf, and some spinning in the resort gym.
