Freezing rain sticking to my ski jacket and slippery sidewalks made for a slowish walk. Waited too long in the day to get out on the skis.

The 5k Revelstoke loop in greasy snow. Shins were sore later.

Relatively routine set of exercises but I wasn’t feeling too energetic anyway.
Skipped the usual swim. So many friends are down with the flu I don’t want to get run down.

Between holidays and colds my attendance with my PT has been erratic. So it was back to the basic sets and lower resistance on the various machines.
Worked the upper body / shoulders pretty hard.

Swimming 10:00 [3]

A short swim with tired shoulders and a few breaks. Still a long way from a continuous 15-20 min. swim at good pace.

Thought about a one hour walk but the wind was bitterly cold. So I turned around early. Footing was poor too.
