Good spin at the health club watching Olympics TV and listening to my old iPod.
Need a new set of songs! Good leg stretch afterwards.
Followed that up with 4 X 10 sets on the lats and chest press machines. followed by the best part - the 10 minute hot tub warm-down.

Walking 59:00 [1]

Streets were clear so the walk was much safer than previous days.
enjoyable temperature too. Some cramping in the right calf slowed me down at the beginning.

Gym with personal trainer 58:00 [2]

My upper back was bugging me earlier in the week so it was a relatively gentle workout. The back felt fine. Quads will remind me later about the 48 squats with 10 kilo kettle.

Stationary Bike 50:00 [3]

Good spin at the club watching curling at the Olympics and soccer from Madrid. Time flew by. Good stretch afterwards for the legs.

Swimming 12:00 [2]

That’s my limit (without feeling out of breath) these days but it is getting easier. The hip is tolerating the frog kick better so I can mix in some breaststroke lengths.

Stationary Bike 50:00 [2]

Just when the training gets on a roll, I pull a muscle in my upper back that is keeping me off the weight training. Don't even know how I did it. Needed a couple of Advil to get to sleep. Guess I will do a lot more biking - calls for rain on Wednesday.
