Painting all day so didn’t have much energy for a long walk.

Stretch & Strength 25:00 [2]

Leg stretches, back stretches, 2 minute plank, lats 4*12 @35, chest press 4*12@35. Back has been bugging me so I kept the weight low.

Stationary Bike 50:00 [3]

Leg bugged me but I didn’t rest. Watched the Senators lose again. Arrrrgh!

Snowshoeing 58:00 [1]

It was supposed to be a moonlight hike but a snowstorm butted in so it was just a nice evening stomp with friends in the greenbelt.

Stationary Bike 46:00 [3]

Spin at the club watching Netflix. Leg was fine.

Stretch & Strength 22:00 [2]

Leg stretches, back stretches, Lats pulldowns- 3 * 10 at 40, chestpress: 4*10 at 35 lbs. Damn hot tub was under repair so a short swim wrapped things up.

Nice walk with Mumsey around Revelstoke checking out the renovations and new houses along the route. Calf was fine except for one brief stop.

Tuesday Feb 4 #

Brisk walk on somewhat icy sidewalks and roads. Calf was OK - never had to fully stop. Good bunch of stretches afterwards. My back was stiff from yesterday's workout that featured a couple of sets that I don't usually do.

Stationary Bike 45:00 [3]

Was going to spin longer but the leg started cramping at 35 minutes. First time that it’s been so bad in a long time. My RPM was a bit higher than usual - but my heart rate was still under 120.

Stretch & Strength 28:00 [1]

The stretching area was really busy, hard to relax. After my leg stretches I headed down to the CrossFit gym which is usually quiet. But it was very busy too. Used the skiERG machine, bent over rows at 20 lbs, 2.5 minutes plank. Not very relaxing. Have to get to the gym before the 5pm crowd.
