Was going to spin longer but the leg started cramping at 35 minutes. First time that it’s been so bad in a long time. My RPM was a bit higher than usual - but my heart rate was still under 120.
Stretch & Strength 28:00 [1]
The stretching area was really busy, hard to relax. After my leg stretches I headed down to the CrossFit gym which is usually quiet. But it was very busy too. Used the skiERG machine, bent over rows at 20 lbs, 2.5 minutes plank. Not very relaxing. Have to get to the gym before the 5pm crowd.
