Probably the "quickest" time on the Rrevelstoke loop in a long time. Caught all the green lights and didn't have to stop for the leg - just slow down a bit. Cold into the wind on the way out but nice (-5C) otherwise.
Shortish spin at the club as I was rushed to get ready for Valentines Day supper. But I needed to burn some calories before all that lobster. : )

No weight machines. Lots of lower body stretches. 2 min back and front plank. 4*12 lunges along the hallway so I don’t step on the other people in the stretching area.
Beautiful sunny day. Was planning to head up to Nakkertok but Glo was busy so I headed over to the SJAM trail. Great ski conditions. Tried to find a new route on the way back from the west end but after a little bushwhacking I was dead-ended. No worries, took off my skis and crossed the parkway at Island Park to get back to the river.
