Beautiful but slow ski on the soft trail. Stopped to talk to a few people - everyone was smiling in the 6 degree sunshine.

Nice hike with Mumsey along the canal to Dow,s lake. Sunny and +3. Good stretch afterwards and a few sets if bicep curls for good measure.

Sunny and mildish walk on the Revelstoke loop. Good pace, no stoppage needed.

Stationary Bike 53:00 [3]

Sweaty spin at the club watching Netflix. Leg felt ok at 85 RPM.

Stretch & Strength 26:00 [2]

Leg stretches, 2 min front bridge with alternating leg raises. 2.5 min front bridge. 4*10 @ 40lbs chest press, 4*10 lats pulldown @ 40lbs.

Long walk along the canal in cold but comfortable weather. Leg held pretty well.

Nice spin at the club watching Sex Education - the miniseries. It’s not what you think it is. : )

Stretch & Strength 26:00 [2]

Leg stretches after the bike, front plank 2.5 minutes, back plank 2 min with leg lifts. Back stretch. 3*10@ 45 lbs on lats pulldown, 4*10 @ 40 lbs on chest press. Shoulder felt ok, will up the weight next time.

Orienteering 30:00 [1]

Lots of standing around helping at the SJAM event but the only real exercise was a short loop picking up controls. Great turnout and lots of socializing.
