XC Skiing 50:00 [1]

Beautiful day for the Ski-O at Nakkertok. Picked up a set of controls after the event and standing for about 6 hours. Should have stretched a lot more, lots of hamstring cramping when I got home.

XC Skiing 1:25:00 [1]

Beautiful ski at Nakkertok setting up the controls for the ski-O. Had to stop after the first loop to thaw out my right toe. Lots of yakking with other club members along the way. Was actually on the trails for well over 2 hours.

Wednesday Feb 26, 2020 #

Stationary Bike 40:30 [3]

Good spin at the club. Leg complained a bit towards the end so I slowed the tempo down. Heart rate maxed at 113. Call it a light workout.

Stretch & Strength 26:00 [2]

Sets of leg and back stretches. 2.75 min front plank, 2 min back plank.
4*10 Lats pulldown at 40lbs. 4*10 chest press at 45 lbs. Right shoulder just a bit sore.

Walking 30:00 [1]

At the hospital for a contrast CT scan to quantify / understand the blockage in my right femoral artery. The ultrasounds have only measured the flow. About 50% to the lower leg.
Surgeons have been hesitant about considering inserting a stent - but have not ruled it out. In one leg up to the heart and back down to the other leg. What could go wrong. : /

Worked up a bit of a sweat on a mild day around the Revelstoke loop. Had to stop once to relax leg.
