Sunny but cool walk along the canal. Had to ease up for the leg once on the way out. Good set of leg & back stretches afterwards. 2.5 minute front plank

Nice walk with mumsey on the 5 km Revelstoke loop. Setting back up the old bike trainer in the basement with the old TV and stereo for the quarantine. The athletic club is still open but I suspect it may shut down soon.

Good brisk walk to shoppers to pick up meds for backup during these nervous times. Only a small lineup, very different from the grocery stores.
Leg was good. Only stopped while shopping.

Feeling tired after the massage and with the mild weather, I did a short loop for the fresh air. Leg bugged me but I didn’t stop.

Good spin watching Netflix but leg bugged me a lot towards the end of the session.

Stretch & Strength 25:00 [2]

Set of leg stretches, front plank, back plank, back stretches. 3*10 lats pull down at 35 lbs. 3*10 chest fly at 45 lbs. 3*10 chest press @ 40 lbs. all a bit lighter than usual. Was feeling tired all weekend so I took it relatively easy.

Nice hike along the canal in the very mild weather. Leg cramped up after 3 blocks. Seemed to settle down after that.
