Good brisk walk with mumsey down the airport parkway and around the neighbourhood. Lots of other walkers to say “hi” to. Never had to stop because of the leg, only a bit of a slow down.

It was mild, +4, but the track was ok and the glide was good. So I probably overdid the double poling and will know it tomorrow. Lots of people out for a Thursday afternoon. Rain for the next couple of days so that may be the end of the season.
