Walking 29:00 [2]

Short walk in the rain. Back stiff from painting the basement. Lots of stretching afterwards.

Late afternoon walk with Mumsey before the rain starts. Lots of other people walking about and a couple of neighbours out on their front steps waiting for someone to talk to. So we actually took 85 minutes to do the 5 km Revelstoke loop. : )

Nice walk with mumsey around and through Beechwood cemetery. Stopped to say hi to both our parents who are buried in the military section. Good stretching routine afterwards at home.

Headed down the parkway bike path for a longish walk but turned back when it started to rain. Got pretty soaked by the time I got home. A comfortable 10C so I was never cold. Good set of leg and back stretches afterwards.
Mumsey's fitbit crapped out halfway out so we don't have a measured distance. Have to get in the habit of wearing my Polar.

Short walk with mumsey around Coleman loop. Life is good, but confining. Favorite restaurants are closing even take-out/delivery. What will it be like in another 2 weeks?
Good set of stretches afterwards. Need another rest day from the weights - stiff from painting/moving stuff around.

Nice walk in the sunshine down the canal with mumsey. Had to pause once with a good cramp in the calf. Streets deserted except for other walkers.

Stationary Bike 40:30 [3]

A shortish spin on the old bike on the old wind trainer in the new but old "training room" in the basement. Listened to the old stereo CD's and watched some iPad Netflix with a HDMI cable connected to the old TV.
The best old CD so far is the Rolling Stones concert in Rio.

Stretch & Strength 22:00 [2]

Set of leg stretches, back stretches, 2 *30 sec back plank and a 2 min front plank. Bicep curls 3*10 at 40 lbs, one arm row - 3 * 10 @ 15 lbs, 3*10 sissy push-ups.
