Joined the online Movement Union class again this morning. Tougher than yesterday including some one leg squats - not a deep squat but still very difficult.

Cold but sunny ride down the canal to the Bytown locks, along the river, and back by the Trillium trail. Stopped several times just to enjoy the sunshine and the views. A stretch, a beer, and some online bridge for the warm-down. : )
