Stretch & Strength 45:00 [3]

Movement Union class with 150 virtual friends. Probably 10 that we really know. Back is always stiff in the morning. This class loosened it up!

Cycling 51:00 [2]

Lots of people walking and cycling along the canal on a beautiful spring day. Stopped at Lynn & Brian’s to say hi. Back by the Arboretum.

Stretch & Strength 45:00 [3]

On-line S&S class with the Movement Union gang. Upper body focus so my abs and lower back got a rest from yesterday.

Cycling 1:21:00 [2]

Nice ride down the Rideau to the Somerset bridge, through Sandy Hill to visit Nicole (wasn’t home) and then back through Carleton U.

Stretch & Strength 45:00 [4]

Thought it would be an easy class but my back thought otherwise!
My abs are obviously in need of some strengthening too. I guess the garden work yesterday didn’t help.
Upper body and lower body are strong, gotta pay more attention to the CORE.

Walking 31:00 [1]

Just a relaxing walk in the rain down the beach and back up Mt. Mooney.

A more strenuous class than usual. Must have done 50 squats/deep knee exercises. I am so stiff in the morning!
No walk or bike today just 2 hours in the garden.

The on-line class was titled "easy" but it was a workout. Back was really stiff when I got out of bed but it felt a lot better after the class.

Cycling 1:19:00 [2]

Easy ride down the Rideau with mumsey and back again through Carleton U.
Best weather this spring - you could almost see the trees finally budding.

Stretch & Strength 25:00 [2]

Missed almost half of the online S&S class due to a connection problem with YouTube. But caught most of the stretch part which was good for my hips and back.

Walking 1:11:00 [1] 5.4 km (13:09 / km)

Actually out for 2 hours. Took 15 minutes to get off our block - said hi to 7 neighbours on the way out and two more on the way back.
Met up with one old friend we had not seen in 6-7 years and then Mike and Sue on their way back from a bike ride.
