Relatively easy session with emphasis on upper body strength using the fitness bands. Need new ones - mine burst half-way through the exercises.

Down to the beach where I bumped into friends for a socially distant walk to the falls. 1 Mount Mooney on the way back where I didn't have to stop but was quite cramped up.
Facebook class again. Couldn’t do all the back bending exercises but otherwise a good start to the day. Planned a bike ride in the afternoon but chores got in the way.
More strength than stretch this morning in the Facebook e-class. Back felt ok but it’s still very stiff. All the moves are easy except those that require bending in the lower back.

Nice walk with mumsey up the Rideau towards Hunt Club. Mets lots of friends along the river path. Actual adventure time was almost 2 hours counting all the socializing, picture taking, etc.
Relatively easy e-class except for some of the lower back movements. Still very stiff down there. Otherwise, I felt better overall after the class. Still have some bent-over gardening to do, so I will have to be careful.

Cool sunny day. Wore a toque and gloves! Leg cramped up on me for a short while. Lots of people out for a walk.
The class focussed on the lower body, particularly the glutes. My stomach was very upset after the session, not sure which exercise was the culprit. The back was OK.
