Easy class this morning. Mostly stretching. Fine by me. Weather is fantastic. Will pump up the tires and head out on the bike this afternoon.

Felt really tired yesterday so I skipped the S&S. Today, I cut the class a bit short knowing I would have good exercise this afternoon.

Nice walk with mumsey down the river bike path. Way overdressed for the unseasonable 14 degree weather. Stopped to yak with friends a couple of times and a couple more times to let the claudication eases away.
