Nice walk with mumsey from Britannia to the Champlain bridge. Pleasant temperature and no wind off the river so we could stop for pics.

Walking 35:00 [2]

The first longish walk after 2 days of over-eating. Feel lie I have gained 5 pounds. The rain from the last couple of days has washed away every trace of snow.

Stationary Bike 40:00 [2]

Easy spin watching TV, dreaming of travel adventures in the future. Must have needed the exercise - had more energy after the ride. Digestive track probably was finally catching up to all the food thrown at it.

Stretch & Strength 45:00 [2]

Good mixed S&S session with the MU on-lime class. Last one until after New Year. Without the skiing, we will have to find other incentives to keep up the fitness.

Participated in only the stretching warm-up. Poor sleep last night, felt a bit rin-down.

Short walk to get some fresh air and to wake up! Drowsy all day. Not sure why.

Pretty tough class this morning - lots of leg work. Added weights to bridges and squats.

Walking 42:00 [2]

Nice walk over to the beach and around MB park on a mild day. The little bit of snow that we had is slush. Tired from this mornings e-class.
