Lots of extended stretches and strength moves with the dynaband. Felt a lot better than yesterday.

XC Skiing 35:00 [2]

Nice light ski with mumsey at Mooney's bay. Sloppy tracks but it was still fun to get back on the skis. Met up with any friends doing the same thing.

Groggy all morning, couldn’t finish the online S&S class. The long walk tired me but I do feel better. Leg was ok, I could have moved faster but the energy level was not there.

Lots of active stretching and hip/glute strength moves in the online class.

Quick walk around the Coleman loop to get some fresh air. Been in front of a screen (mostly this one) all day. Posture!!

Movement Union online class bumping into mumsey on the roll-always. : )
Very stiff in the hips after yesterday’s long walk.

Tough class on the hips and glutes. But that was what Stu was aiming for.

Good long walk with mumsey down the canal to Hartwell locks. Pretty stiff in the legs later.
