Relatively easy S&S class this morning - just enough to get the old body moving.

Late afternoon walk with mumsey to stretch the legs. Back is really sore and I don’t know why. Sitting posture?

A tough online class with some participants suggesting jumping jacks and sculling crunchies. Let’s hope Stu doesn’t ask for suggestions again!

Walking 34:00 [3] 3.3 km (10:18 / km)

Brisk walk in the brisk afternoon air. Pace was good, calf sore but I never had to stop. So close to my 10 min/Km goal.

My hips were sore to begin the class so the extra effort has them humming now! I am still stiff from whatever I did or didn’t do yesterday!
