Tracked the new south loop at Nakkertok and then retraced the east loop where the dog sledders have obliterated part of the trail with their grooming sleds.

Feeling tired after yesterday’s activities so the class was a workout. Rest of day will be low key.

Relatively easy class but still hard on my abs & back.

Beautiful ski at Nakkertok with Lynn & Brian. Plus 1 and sunny and good tracks.

Tough class with lots of dynaband work on hips and shoulders. We were just a little pooped.

Nice mild day for a long walk to the pharmacy with mumsey.

Lots of extended stretches and easy strength moves this morning.

XC Skiing 55:00 [2]

Nice ski with mumsey at Nakkertok. Trails were a bit hard but the temperature was perfect until the snow storm moved in. I am way out of XC ski shape!

Tough class on the lower body. Feeling very groggy all day. Maybe I need more fresh air.
