Short but nice walk with Jennie and Emil. Was feeling drowsy all day so the fresh air and visit with the youngin’s perked me up.

Very cold walk with mumsey on the Coleman loop.

Nice and easy stretch workout - just what I needed this morning. Didn't sleep well - again. Diet? Stress? Lack of exercise? All 3?

Another beautiful ski at Nakkertok with Lynn &Brian. Feet were cold as we stopped many times to rest or yak.
