Not so easy gentle stretch with the MU class.

Walking 53:30 [3] 5.1 km (10:29 / km)

Brisk walk on a brisk but sunny afternoon around the Reveltoke loop. Never stopped for the caudication. The brief waits for the traffic lights was all I needed.

Tough class with Stu of MU. Didn’t have to back off any of the exercises but I did keep the weights on the light side.

Taking advantage of the mild weather to take a brisk walk with mumsey around the extended Coleman loop.

Slow pace S&S but my lower back is still my weakest (tightest) area. I think it has improved over the last few months but there is a long way to go before I can call that area flexible & strong.

Really tough class on the abs. Couldn’t keep up the reps on some of the exercises. Stu is stepping up the level a little too fast for me. : (

Had to pick up a planned phone call that cut into the online MU class. Call it a good stretch.

Good walk in the mild temperatures along the canal. Gluten are really stiff. Had to stop at the turnaround for a minute to let the leg relax.

Tough MU class on the hips and legs. Too many single leg lunges for my right side.

Walking 34:00 [2]

Shortish walk with mumsey around the Coleman loop. Lots of other walkers and joggers. Maybe people are thinking “spring”?
