The MU first anniversary pandemic class with approx. 140 other participants.
Gentle but lots of strength moves.

Spring is here! 13C and sunny and the streets are full of people. Revelstoke loop with a detour down to the river for photos.

Tough workout with 3 different training circuits. Legs were stiff from the snowshoeing yesterday.

Nice outing at Nakkertok with Lynn and Brian. Wanted cover more of the new trail system but we ran out of time. Trails are already thin in spots.

Focus on upper body today. Shoulders took the brunt of the effort.

Glutes were aching after this “light” workout on MU. Abs are also humming.

Focus was on the hips and legs. Lots of groaning and moaning on some of the multi-rep exercises for the gluten.
