Lots of extended time in the stretches. Still have a kink in the back from yesterday.

Nice walk to the falls and through the park. Cool but sunny. Crampy leg on the hill climbs but never stopped.

Tough class on the abs and I tweaked my back. I have to make sure my lower back is well warmed up before I try the more strenuous exercises.

Facebook died with 5 minutes to go on the MU class. Lots of long stretches, especially for the back.

Nice ride down the Rideau to the transit bridge and back on the mountain bike to survive the slush and gravel.. Pretty pooped but not as bad as Tuesday!

Downtown and back on the old mountain bike. Probably too far for the first ride but it was sooooo nice. Pooped.

A short walk with Jennie and Emil around their neighborhood. Missed the morning MU class waiting on the phone for a COVID shot appointment. After a couple of hours we finally got in. Jabs next week.
