Circuit training, but not that strenuous. Back was tight but OK.

Lots of stretching and a few strength moves. Stu really focuses on the hips and glutes.

Good ride with mumsy on the canal-trillium route. A bit gusty but great to get on the bike again.

Tired from a good day yesterday and not a great sleep last night. So the class was hard work. Back is feeling stringer but is still very stiff each morning.
