Brisk walk with mumsey to the falls and with 1 Mt Mooney. Totally cramped at the top but I made it without stopping.

Friday is the cardio class so it was reasonably rigorous. Should have stretched more.

Probably the last 9-holer of the season. Nice weather, good company, inconsistent as usual. Will was clubs and put them away for winter.

Nice walk with Mumsey along the Ottawa from Remic rapids. Lots of yakking with friends that we bumped into along the way.

Finally shook the cold that was dragging me down over the week-end. Easy S&S class but just what I needed to get me moving.
