Late afternoon hike along the river to VM park. Cool but sunny and calm. Calf did not cramp but I was not pushing very hard.

Long walk with mumsey to the drug store via the airport pathway. Had to stop a couple of times to let the leg uncramp.

Tough class with lots of cardio minutes. Was not a warm-up kind of class, felt sluggish the rest of the day.

Bonus November 9 holes at Metcalfe. Some good shots, many poor shots.
But kept the ball straight most of the time. Can’t putt to save my life on the tricky greens.

Tough class on the lower body. Glutes especially!
