Dragged Mumsey out for a short walk on the Coleman loop in mild weather.

Easy session with Robbie & Mumsey. Still feeling the effects of the COVID virus but overall feeling OK. Robbie was much sicker than me earlier this week (and tested positive on Monday) and Gloria has not been sick at all.
I could ask Linda for another test kit to confirm my COVID status but with the scarcity of tests right now I will leave any available test kits for others. I am pretty sure I have had the disease and will confirm it later.

Very cold walk around the Coleman loop. Saw no one except for a couple of dog walkers.

Still in quarantine and not feeling bad but not feeling better either. Looks like I will be stuck in the house until at least Monday.
Took it easy in the MU class this morning. Walked the cardio bits but completed all the strength exercises.

Focus on strength training. Arms/chest need a lot of work - they have been neglected.

Lots of lower body stretching. Need to get some more effective sleep.

First online MU class since before Xmas. Very stiff, tweaked my lower back so I had to pull back on some exercises. Good to get back onto an exercise schedule.
