Very nice ski with mumsey at Nakkertok. -13C but sunny and very little wind.
Sure not in shape yet for XC - and balance is lacking.

Too cold to enjoy the outdoors so a quick spin while watching the football worked for me.

Nice stretch class with MU this morning. Feeling stiff after yesterday's ski.

XC Skiing 1:05:00 [3]

First ski at Nakkertok on the fresh snow. Mostly rolled but untracked trails, we caught the groomer putting in the tracks on the way back from OWL.
Should have put the little heating patch on the right foot. Pretty frozen by the time we got back to the car.

Lots of stretching and a bit of core strength.

Cold snowy walk with mumsey around the Coleman loop. Tired now with the shovelling added into the exercise mix.

Tough class on the lower body. Had to pull out of the exercises a couple of times. Snowing hard, looking forward to finally getting out on the ski trails.
