Relatively easy S&S but with a big load on the abs. Couldn't finish the set that Stu was leading.

Fair bit of weight and resistance exercises. Third day of upper body training- just a bit tight in the shoulders now.

Mostly gentle S&S. Felt good on the wonky back.

XC Skiing 1:15:00 [2]

Very nice with mumsey at Lac Philippe. Bumped into lots of old friends along the way. Had to stop a couple of times to rest the ankle - and the lungs.

Weight training class. Not a big fan but I know it’s doing me good.

Bumped into Roger and Claudia on the way around the Coleman loop. All the talk (besides what the kids are doing) was about “getting away”. North south east or west!

Feeling very stiff so the stretching parts of the class were beneficial.
