Pilates on the mat with Stu of MU. Been doing lots of yard work in the last couple of days. Back is OK.

weight training with MU online. Protected my sore back as much as I could - lighter weights. But heavier upper body weights were OK.

Coffee hike with Roger through the park and over to the Golden Arches at Hog's Back.
