First run outside in ages - it felt great - I started to walk at the end for a bit but overall it was pain free.

Did a run at the YMCA - still a little niggle on my left ankle, but I found if I pronated inward the pain would go away.

Just getting back into the swing of things with a gentle 1/2 hour run at 6 mph - flat incline.

Felt great and easy. An initial niggle on my left ankle but it went away.

Did a great 1 hour hot yoga session. Getting my body back into shape! Great stretching and much sweating. Felt zonked but great after.
