Little bit dissapointed overall with my run here. Overall navigation was good and I was making decisions quickly whilst on the move most of the time but I just wasn't fit enough to run faster. Became quite tired by the end. So much extra distance going around the buildings!
1. Only real mistake here. Ran off too quickly without actually checking what was happening and finished up trying to approach the control from the start side and finished up going down anyway to check in hope if I could get through! Lost around a minute here. The light grey is what I must have glanced and saw.
6. Glanced down the alley and didn't see the control despite knowing it should be there. Ran on down the steps before running back. 20-30s.
14. Took a bit of a fall going down into the control, around a quarter of the way down I decided to head dive and finished up at the bottom. Good thing that the plants that tripped me up were soft as well!
As for the body- by the time I had finished my calves were crying, not through 'injury' (although walking to the car I got some transient pain that felt like a pulled muscle) just through fatigue. Might start running a few small hill to build up these muscles a bit.
