Running warm up/down (Road, Warm up) 3:00 [1] 0.3 km (10:00 / km)
shoes: Fila Turin II

Running (Road) 19:00 [3] 2.5 mi (7:36 / mi)
shoes: Fila Turin II

1.25 miles out and back.

First 1.25:- 10mins 30 secs = 8.4 mins/mile
Second 1.25:- 8mins 30 secs = 6.8 mins/mile

Pretty out of breath on the second half although, strangely, felt like I could have went on.

Running warm up/down 5:00 [1] 0.4 km (12:30 / km)
shoes: Fila Turin II

Stretching warm up/down 5:00 [0]

Mainly legs. Several stretches of calves and they feel the best they have done in a while- 'refreshed'. Will add more stretches here in the future.

Ankles were a bit nippy in the first couple of hundred metres of the run but this settled.
