snowshoeing 6:00:00 [4] 16.0 km (22:30 / km) +1171m 16:28 / km

snowshoe trip up to Healy Pass. What a great day! 6-8 inches of fresh snow. Only 2 skiers had been on the trail what looked like the day before. A steady uphill climb. Didn't quite make the top of the pass as the snow in the high open meadow just got too deep and we had had enough of a work out for the day!

Tabata Interval Work 35:00 [4]

Lots of leg and core work today. It always amazes me how great of a work out it is. Always working on different exercises. Never gets dull that is for sure.

Stair running 45:00 [3]

Ran to curling club stairs. 5 flights of stairs (289 stairs in one flight) Had a 10 lb pack on for training purposes. Legs felt heavy and tired by the end. A good start. Knee felt fine. Ran back home down the bluff trail. Good work out!

Tabata Interval Work 35:00 [4]

First week back to Tabata's after a rest week. Why do we take a rest week? It is so hard the first few sessions back! Lots of upper body strenght work today. I will definitely feel it tomorrow.
