Tabata Interval Work 40:00 [4]

Last work out of the 3 week cycle. Definitely stronger core and upper body. Could even do a round of incline pledge pushups! Yeah!

short, faster pace run. Didn't have a lot of time before the kids came home. Nice day. Wore shorts finally! Knee managed the faster pace surprisingly well. Have to see how it is tomorrow.

Tabata Interval Work 40:00 [4]

50/10 intervals 4 rounds then 4 minute cardio tabata finisher- speed skaters and jumping jacks-20/10 4 rounds.

A great workout.

Long zoo run from home. Felt much better. ran 10 walked 1. Knee feels it a bit, but seems to recover quickly enough. No lingering after affects.

orienteering (Control pick up) 2:00:00 [4] 8.0 km (15:00 / km)

Nose Hill Park, Window-O training. Picked up Controls from last weeks course. We supper windy, but nice blue sky. Very tricky expecially over the longer distances. Wow you can be off a long way following a compass bearing through this terrain. Good exercise though!
