Easy pace. 10-1's. From Edworthy, south path to Crowchild, north path past the bridge to the medical centre and back. Very windy and cold on the return run from Crowchild to Edworthy. Felt good. A few twinges in my knee.

Good run from home up to the top of bluff at 10th St. Along top of bluff to Centre St. Down Centre to Princes Island around the wet land to curling club and up the dirt hill to the top of the bluff. Along the bluff to the end, down the dirt hill to home. Good fast pace. Felt good on the hills!

Tabata Interval Work 45:00 [4]

Start of a new session of Tabata's. 30 sec. on, 30 sec off. Lots of new killer core and upper body work. 4 minute 20-10 closer. A tough start back after a run this morning!

Down Hill skiing 3:30:00 [2]

Last day of the season at Castle Mountain. A gorgeous day with blue sky and no wind! Lots of snow in the upper bowls. Was wind blown and skied over, but it was still a lot of fun. Found some fresh powder. Both Kyle and Tyson on snowboards. They did great in some tough terrain.

A brisk walk in Elkford at elevation. First 1/2 hour was fairly flat, then all up hill to the end. A nice day to be out. A little windy and a few snowflakes.
