A great day for a long run in Nose Hill park. Sunny, hot and a warm breeze blowing. Just ran where the paths took me. Lots of up hills; steep and some long uphills! I ran them all! Wore my knee brace. Starting to feel more confident on the downhill sections. Not used to running in the heat. Drank all of my 1 1/2 litres of water!

Tabata Interval Work 40:00 [3]

Regular Tabata work out. Lots of upper back work. My shoulders/chest were a little sore from yesterdays work out but generally not too bad. It must be helping!

Tabata Interval Work 45:00 [5]

Went to an additional "Challenge" workout for charity today with Marion. It was a great day for an outside workout in Princes Island park. Routine involved 5 min. warm-up then a set of 6 exercises, 30 sec on, 15 sec rest. 1 1/2 minute rest between sets with 5 sets! Exercises were drop squats, mountain climber, split lunges, burpees, push ups and 3 point pillar planks. It was definintely a challenge!
