orienteering race 1:52:00 [4] 10.0 km (11:12 / km)

A gorgeous day in the mountains up in Canmore. Felt like the summer we didn't have! Leaves still on and were beautiful. Ran the permanent O course first. Just over 1 hour. Had to stop and take a few pictures along the way! Then participated in the Peg-O race. It was so fun. Kept you pushing at every control with the incentive that you might get to the next control in time to claim a "peg". I'm sure we will see this format again!

Tabata Interval Work 45:00 [4]

Easier than last Friday for sure. The squat jumps were the toughest, but I made it through.

Running 45:00 [4] 8.0 km (5:38 / km)

A beautiful fall day for a run. To the zoo, back through St. Pat's island and home on the north side of the river. MRI results show no mensical damage in my knee, so no surgery needed! Now back to physio to find out why there is still posterior lateral knee pain and calf tighness with running. Once this is resolved I will be back on track!

orienteering race 1:34:00 [4] 7.8 km (12:03 / km)

Tough terrain on an overgrown map! The white was often difficult to move through with lots of deadfall and overgrowth! Not my best orienteering experience, but I did get them all! Redwater is not my favorite map that is for sure! A nice day none the less with gorgeous fall colours.
