Tabata Interval Work 45:00 [3]
Well, this was new! 3 minute intervals with a combination, burpee (I really hate them!) push up then back lunge on each leg. 1 min. in between for a total of 5 reps. Wow, was my right hip flexor ever tired by the end. Last 1 1/2 reps were without the pushup. Okay, something to work toward! Weather is nice, got to get out for a run this weekend!
