Good run on the path down to the zoo -north side, back home on south side of the Bow. Icy and snow covered in places, other spots on the path totally bare.
How can 25 minutes of work be so tough? 20 sec, 10sec (rests) for a total of 4 minutes. 4 Different exercises with 1 minute between them. Bike and track work to warm up. Then cool down, stretch. This one was not easy!
First time on my new skiis. All went well. Skied around the trackset route at COP 4 times. Good conditions. I can feel some knee pain with the end range of push off on that side and as well when I push off that side to ski skate. Probably a good thing I am not into skate skiing! Nice to get out while Kyle and his friend snow boarded for the afternoon.
Wow, finally lifting from the floor. Technique still needs work, but I'm getting there. Hamstrings sore from Mondays tabatas. I guess I am doing something right! My quads aren't doing all of the work now.
