Okay, I got caught by the mean bug that my kids had, so the early part of the week I had to lay low and try to recover. Still not feeling 100% by any means, but I can't take it anymore. Felt a bit more energy yesterday so decided to try my early morning weight work out today. No cardio at the end, just focused on strength training and technique. I made it through!

Was supposed to be my recovery run today. I thought I would go today while it was still somewhat warm. I left it too late though, and although I left when it was still fairly nice, the cold wind came in after I turned around, and I was frozen! I had to duck into the lobby at Fort Calgary to thaw out my legs and arms then I decided I would have to pick up the pace to get back home! I obviously didn't dress warm enough for the weather! I learned my lesson!
