My right leg is starting to feel a bit better and I have enough bend in my knee and flexibility to walk normally now! Yippee!

orienteering 56:00 [3]

Went out with Kyle and Tyson as a team in the "scatter-O". Quads still very tight and had to take it very slowly on any downhill section. Unfortunately my spikes slipped on a flat rock on a step bike trail and I went down hard with my right leg bending back under me. I guess my quads just couldn't respond to the slip. Walked the rest of the course. The boys took turns orienteering to the controls and they did very well! I was the weak link on the team that is for sure as Kyle had to keep waiting for me! It was a beautiful evening!

Okay, walking feels pretty good right now! My legs feel tight, especially the quads, but improving daily! Amazingly, my body feels pretty good. I am surprised! Should be good for a little run tomorrow. Regretfully had to pass on the Summer Solstice Run with JOAT. Just wasn't ready to do any downhill "jarring"! Would have been a beautiful night out in the mountains!
