Bike ride on the path from home to Bowness and back. Great evening for a ride. Frustrating when all of those on road bikes go flying past with what looks like no effort! Oh well, more friction from my thick tires means a better work out right?!

Run in Fort St. John. Found a lovely path system near the river. Still some snow and ice in places, but good to get out. First time in 1 1/2 months that my leg pain hasn't stopped my run or that I didn't have considerable pain afterwards. A sign of progress!
