Went for a run with Tyson over the Peace Bridge and around Princes Island to aid in his training for the school triathlon coming up. Then up onto the Bluff for 4 hill repeats running along the top of the bluff in between. Leg felt not too bad, even after all of the yoga stretching last night!
orienteering race 23:30 [4] 4.5 km (5:13 / km) shoes: Saucony Exodus
Spirnt course at the University. Took it at an easy, steady pace. Lep felt pretty good throughout. Some soreness/tightness today but not too bad. Need to remember my magifying glasses! Cant' read the map well with just my regular glasses.
