Biceps

Drop sets (6 sets total each exercise, one heavy followed immediately by one light)

Standing Bar Curls 70/40
EZ-Bar Preacher Curls 60/30
Alternating Cable Curls 25e/15e
Alternating Hammer Curls (1 set) 35/15

At this point they kicked us out of Arvin to report to our Regiments for cleaning details. Awesome.

So instead I did a push-up pyramid in my room
25,24,23.... all the way down with some rest in between.
