Long trail run.

Got back to the start point and had gotten left behind so I had to run back to post at night, with black civilian clothes, no PT Belt and no CAC. Luckily I got on post. Interesting day.

At this point they kicked us out of Arvin to report to our Regiments for cleaning details. Awesome.

So instead I did a push-up pyramid in my room
25,24,23.... all the way down with some rest in between.
