Back from Florida, where I did nothing but take a couple of long walks in the warmth. This effort was intended to fiddle with HR, keep it under 140 (the rate at which I can still think a little) and do that by counting paces - jogging (12min. mile) and walking (15 min.mile). Started with 40/30 (x4) jogging/walking eventually to 35/40. Note weight gain. The fishing was good, with lots of small brightly colored fish we often struggled to identify. Best - first tarpon(s). Glad to be back.
