22F at start 32F at finish. Dressed about right. Hands cold, especially early. Wore shorts and compression tubes on legs, one thin T-shirt, one thin long-sleeved T-shirt and a light windbreaker. Sweated a little eventually. Happy with getting myself out there in the cold AM & that each of the four "loops" was run a little faster (13:43, 13:18, 13:00, 12:35 - per mile). I'm physiologically probably better off in the cold than the heat.
