Continued taper. Walked to gym, did 20 min. stretches and walked home thru the Crum Woods. Not as muddy as expected. Runnable.

Did a mile on trails and bailed - awful footing and not fun or useful. Roads around town, run/walk/pace/experiment. Guessing on distance, but two measured miles in 12:33 & 12:39 so not overstating distance. Experimented with clothing - started cool, got warm, stopped at home for four minutes (included in time) and tested this and that. Nice day. 34F at start of effort - 44F after. Big difference.
